How to Log Your Hours for CE/CLE Credits

Onsite

Onsite there will be daily sign in/out logs for different professions to log your hours.

Virtual

You will receive emailed instructions on how to log your attendance for each virtual session.

  •  All attendees must fill out an Attendance Reporting Form regardless of if you signed in and out as an in-person attendee.  The link to this form will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the seminar or you can find the link on the seminar website.  Without submitting this form, you are not eligible for any type of CE credit.  The form is due no later than November 12th.

How to to apply for Credits

You will receive an email at the conclusion of the Seminar with a link to complete the Attendee Reporting Form. That completed form is required for receiving CE credit.

Note: You have until November 12, 2026, to submit your reporting form. If you fail to submit by the due date or provide inaccurate information, it is the attendees’ responsibility to self-report and make corrections.

Individual certificates will be emailed to attendees after the seminar once all the data has been collected and certificates are generated.  This process can be lengthy since each attendee receives a personal email with their certificate.  If you are applying for multiple CE credit those certificates will come in waves.
