Exhibitors may conduct prize drawings at their booth for the purpose of creating mailing lists / identifying potential clients. Exhibitors are responsible for the distribution of said prizes; no general announcements of winners will be made. No alcohol is permitted in prizes.

Shipping Details
All shipments are handled through the onsite FedEx office. Once onsite, Exhibitors can contact the office to settle charges and outbound shipments. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
